Les ressources qui portent sur la question du jeu et des communautés ethno-culturelles sont rares. À l’exception des quatre études ci-dessous, les ressources que je mentionne portent sur la consultation transculturelle et la compétence culturelle. Elles aideront les conseillers qui travaillent avec des joueurs à problèmes à accroître leur sensibilité aux questions transculturelles. Malheureusement, la majorité de ces ressources ne sont pas canadiennes. J’ai eu des difficultés à trouver des ressources au Canada et à y accéder, mais les quelques rares que j’ai trouvées sont énumérées ci-dessous. Il m’est impossible de fournir une liste exhaustive de ressources. Cependant, j’ai mentionné certains endroits où les professionnels peuvent commencer à faire leur recherche et à établir des contacts afin de créer une banque de données qui leur permettra éventuellement de trouver l’information qu’ils recherchent. Je n’ai pas inclus de section pour les livres puisqu’il existe une bibliographie à la fin du chapitre.
