Robert is the Manager of the "Problem Gambling Project" at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.  The program is devoted to providing training and support materials to Ontario's designated problem gambling treatment system, allied professionals and communities on issues related to problem gambling.    Robert has been actively involved in the field of addictions for many years, is a professional social worker and a certified addictions counselor.  He has extensive experience working with a variety of populations and has written and developed materials on a wide range of issues that challenge addiction and health care workers.  Robert is the editor of  "Helping the Problem Gambler", a comprehensive treatment manual published by The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.  His team also developed an award winning multi-dimensional resource package for the community-based promotion of problem gambling awareness.  Robert also works with the gaming industry on the development and implementation of effective responsible gambling policies, procedures and training
