Anca Ialomiteanu is a Research Coordinator at the Centre for Addiction Anca obtained her Masters of Arts from the University of Bucharest, Romania,and has substantial experience in population survey research and analysis, including gambling surveys. During the past seven years, Anca has coordinated the CAMH Monitor, which follows the gambling behaviours and problems among Ontario adults, and more recently the 2004 Canadian Addiction Survey. She has been involved in the design and analysis of the 1995 and 1997 Ontario Adult Gambling Surveys, and the 1996 survey on expected community impacts in the Niagara Falls region prior to the opening of the casino and the follow-up surveys one year after the casino opened.
